Are these all actual Feldenkrais lessons?

Moshe Feldenkrais

Yes. These lessons are from Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, except for a couple from the Mia Segal/Gaby Yaron lesson series, and the “book on the foot” series, which comes from Elizabeth Beringer.

While I do not invent lessons, I do teach them in my own way, choosing my own language, insights, and pacing.

My teacher, Dennis Leri, was a purist. He might rearrange slightly or truncate as needed, and, like all teachers, he occasionally offered auxiliary movements to inform the pattern, but he taught straight Feldenkrais, and I follow that path.

Plus, there are thousands of lessons! I feel no need to invent additional movements as the method already has so much richness and depth.

Some very experienced teachers one or two generations removed from Dr. Feldenkrais often invent their own movements and, in my opinion, these explorations do not coalesce into new patterns and connections in the same way. I have chosen not to teach these lessons.

You might have a different path that works for you. For the purpose of this Treasury, yes, they are all Feldenkrais lessons, except for those noted above.
