Needed: A hard, flat chair. Cushions are not ideal, but if it’s unavoidable, just sit at the very edge. As long as you can feel the hard chair underneath the upholstery, you should be okay. This is because too much squishiness blurs your ability to sense how you move. You can also do these on a stool, bench, or any flat, hard surface.
