About Zoe’s path out of chronic pain

Welcome! I've been helping people move better, feel better, and live better for over twenty-five years. And, I've been through my own lifelong chronic pain so I get how frustrating it is to want to move better and not know where to look. When I discovered Feldenkrais in the mid-1990s, it changed my life.

Because so much of Dr. Feldenkrais’s work is unavailable to the public, I created the Treasury to share some of the thousands of lessons that have helped me—and many others—live a balanced, healthy, pain-free life.

The Treasury is designed to make Feldenkrais a practice. I recommend that all my clients invest at least six months in a dedicated practice to get lifelong benefits.

Is a Feldenkrais practice for me?

Feldenkrais is suitable for anyone—young or old, physically challenged or physically fit—and is especially helpful for those suffering from muscle and joint pain as well as symptoms of stress and strain. It is also helpful for people with injuries, tendonitis, and repetitive strain injury (RSI).

The best part is that by inviting new patterns, Feldenkrais stops old habits from controlling your life. New movement helps everyone feel vital, potent, and powerful, no matter when or how you start.
